I’m a retailer or designer and want collaborate with Shopology. What should I do?
 

We have retailers and suppliers that we liaise with on events. This includes client specials, exclusive trunk shows and fashion shows. If you have any other ideas, we’re always happy to collaborate. Please send all retailer enquiries to info@shopology.co.za .

Typically, how long are appointments?

Your personal style is always progressing and it’s your choice how often you’d like to make appointments, whether you need to be styled for an event or would like to shop for a specific purpose.

Wardrobe organisation, depending on the size of your wardrobe, can take anything from an hour to a full day. For personal shopping, typically 2-3 hours of shopping time is spent, however, depending on your own needs, we can allocate anything from an hour to full days at a time.

What is your return policy on items?

 

We do swap if for example you would like an item in a different size or colour and we certainly return items if need be. But we cannot return any item that after the retailer's return policy period for returning items is expired or if the item was on sale. We also cannot return any garment that has been worn, damaged or no longer has the tags or receipt with it. Thank you for understanding this matter.

Do you guarantee the items bought?

 

We shop at many different stores and while we do attempt to provide you with the best quality items and inspect them before purchasing, we cannot guarantee the garments. If you would like something returned or swapped we can certainly do that for you, as long as it is done according to the store’s policy.

What is the cancellation policy on appointments?

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, it would be much appreciated if you’d let us know as soon as possible, as we do specifically block off several hours for you and won't see other clients in that time.

Life is to be lived. So spend your valuable time doing the things you love and let us do the shopping and handle your image and interior.
